Valuepath was engaged by the shareholders of JV to advise on the transaction, which provided shareholders liquidity while positioning JV as one of four founding partner firms of Sonance and giving shareholders an opportunity to partner with other like-minded advisors across a national platform.

The Valuepath team provided sell-side advisory assistance throughout the transaction, including business valuation, preparation of marketing materials, negotiation of preliminary and final transaction terms, advice on transaction structure, and support through due diligence and closing.
