Valuepath Partners was engaged by EllisDon to help execute on a targeted acquisition strategy. EllisDon sought an experienced advisor to support their internal working group’s evaluation of investment opportunities and execution of an acquisition.
The Valuepath team provided advisory assistance throughout the transaction process, including financial and strategic analysis, building acquisition models, crafting purchase offers, and developing presentation materials for EllisDon’s executive committee and Board of Directors. Valuepath also supported the various streams of due diligence, assisted with legal matters, and helped negotiate final deal terms through to signing of the definitive agreements.
